AquaFuge2 PS
Incorporates a protein skimmer into our simple hang on design with newly improved black acrylic backing to prevent light from transfering to the main aquarium. Providing all the great benefits of our other AquaFuges, this model will also remove any excess organics flowing through the refugium while also providing for oxygenation of any marine system.
The AquaFuge2 Pro Sump's protein skimmer is operated by an included Maxi-jet 1200RV pump.
AquaFuge2 Pro
The AquaFuge2 PRO is a sump-based refugium which incorporates a protein skimmer in order to maintain safe organic levels while also providing for oxygenation of any marine system.
Refugiums can be used to cultivate food sources such as algae and micro-fauna, while also being used for nutrient export from a marine system.
The AquaFuge2 PRO is designed for use with various mediums including mud, live sand, and live rock
